Very sad to hear of Geoff's passing but a life fulfilled with a deep passion and understanding of bus operations in his vast area. He always had a respect for the operators and would help those enthusiasts with a similar passion. I had known Geoff since early 1970 and will regard him as a good friend which helped perpetuate my interest in buses and bus preservation. The East Anglian area of his domain will be the poorer for his passing but his legacy of knowledge will always be remembered.
